Kit Shipment to your Home

Once ordered, Litholink’s Kidney Stone Prevention kits are shipped via FedEx ground delivery.

Please expect your kit to arrive 5 to 7 business days from the date your order was placed. If it has been longer than 7 business days, please contact our client services team: LitholinkInquiry@LabCorp.com, 800-338-4333.

Tracking your kit to our Laboratory

If you have received your collection kit and would like to track FedEx delivery to our lab, you can find the tracking number on the FedEx label found in your blue shipping box and enter it at the following website: https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/

Shipping Questions

There is no signature requirement on the FedEx label provided by Litholink, however, we recommend that when you schedule pick up, you let the FedEx representative know if you will not be home and where the shipping package has been left.
